Create animations, sprites, UI panels and cursors directly within the same app for the fastest possible iteration loop.

Next level lighting effects with pixel accuracy

And because of the 3D nature of the environments, your characters cast accurate shadows in every scene, a level of lighting precision no pixel art adventure game has achieved before.

Volumetric light, glows and fogs add an unprecedented level of visual fidelity to this art aesthetic.

VFX powerhouse

Complex particle effects with scene collisions are here. Particles react to light and scene geometry very convincingly.

They are simple to author, respect the internal resolution of the game and support hand drawn frame-by-frame animations for the most authentic look.

Innovative projection mapped 3D / 2D hybrid scene tools

Clickwork is built for hand-painted backgrounds, and it adds a full third dimension on top. As a result, you can bring genuine depth to flat images without leaving the app.
